Half-Day Retreats

I run seasonal half-day retreats in collaboration with a local personal trainer. These mini retreats are the perfect balance of movement and stillness — with a fitness session to energise your body, a grounding yoga practice, and a delicious lunch to refuel.

Held locally in Appleton & South Warrington these relaxed and welcoming sessions are ideal if you want to feel stronger, stretch out, and reset your nervous system without committing to a full weekend away.

What to expect:

  • 45-minute group fitness session

  • Gentle yoga to restore body and mind

  • A healthy, nourishing lunch

  • Time to relax, chat and connect

Yoga Weekends

Yoga Weekends ♢

Twice a year, I host weekend yoga retreats in peaceful countryside locations. These 2-night escapes are a chance to immerse yourself in yoga, unwind in nature, and take proper time for you.

The retreat venue includes access to paddle boards, hot tubs and plenty of open space to walk, rest, and just be. With a mix of gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation and optional outdoor activities, these weekends are all about replenishment — not pressure.

You can expect:

  • 4+ yoga sessions across the weekend

  • Guided breathwork or meditation

  • Healthy, homemade meals

  • Time outdoors, space to rest

  • A welcoming and inclusive atmosphere

Whether you come on your own or bring a friend, you’ll be made to feel right at home.

Skin to Soul: Wellness Workshops

Skin to Soul is a collaboration between Kirsten and a local skincare therapist who creates her own beautiful, natural products. These thoughtful workshops blend yoga, self-care, and creativity — inviting you to slow down and take care of your whole self, inside and out.

Our most recent workshop included a guided meditation and a chance to make your own pulse point roller ball using essential oils. You’ll leave with a handmade treat and a calmer nervous system.

We’re currently planning more Skin to Soul sessions — and we’d love you to join us.
