One-to-one yoga is for anyone! You might be completely new to yoga and want some personalised support, returning after injury or illness, or simply prefer a quieter space to explore your practice. Kirsten welcomes all bodies and all levels.

Each session is tailored to you. Kirsten will start by chatting about how you're feeling, what you'd like to focus on, and any injuries or conditions to be aware of. Together you'll work through a gentle, supportive yoga practice designed around your needs.

Most one-to-one sessions are 60 minutes, but 45- or 90-minute sessions can be arranged depending on what suits you best.

Just wear something comfy you can move in. Mats and props can be provided if needed or Kirsten can guide you through using things you already have at home, like cushions or a chair.
