Meditation and More

A gentle, grounding practice that invites you to turn inward. This class includes seated meditation, mudra (hand gestures), mantra, pranayama (breath work), and a guided relaxation. It’s a peaceful mix of yogic tools that support mental clarity, emotional balance and inner stillness — a taste of all the richness yoga offers beyond the poses. No need to sit cross-legged — chairs and cushions are provided, and everything is adapted to meet you where you are.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep rest — a chance to truly pause and be supported. Using plenty of props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, we gently guide the body into comfortable, restful poses held for several minutes. This stillness offers a reset for the nervous system and a space for body and mind to soften and release. Expect a quiet, nourishing experience that helps to ease stress, support recovery, and restore balance.

All are welcome — no experience or flexibility needed.
